BHCC is excited to announce the signing of Lahiru Gunasinhage for season 2023/24. Lahiru arrives from the Eastern Cricket Association, having played the past 3 seasons with Deepdene Bears Cricket Club where he made over 1100 runs at an average of just under 40, with his 2021/22 season consisting of 450 runs @ 64 including an unbeaten century in the Semi Final. The highly talented Top Order batsmen and medium pace bowler has also spent time playing for Heathmont Cricket Club where he won a 1st XI premiership in 2017/18, having played a significant role in their successful campaign with a season return of 506 runs and 27 wickets. Lahiru will be a vital addition to our top order and our bowling stocks as well as bring a wealth of experience to our group for the upcoming season.
